Eben Botha is Head: Leadership and Organisation Development at the University of Stellenbosch Business School - Executive Development. He is involved in designing and delivering strategic leadership interventions based on an organisation development model to facilitate transformation for continuous improvement. He holds an MComm (Business Management) from RAU.

Mr Botha has more than 15 years' experience within the academic fraternity, mainly in the critical performance areas of academic growth and management.

He initiated and developed the Institute for Organisation Development and Transformation, a business unit within Technikon Southern Africa, from concept to successful implementation. The unit had a window period of three years in which to become financially independent, a goal which was achieved after only 18 months. A similar success followed at the University of Stellenbosch, where the Centre for Leadership Studies was turned around from a financial liability to a self-sustainable unit in less than two years.
